Moshe Shimon, VP Product Management, ECI Moshe Shimon leads ECI’s packet-optical product management group which is responsible for Neptune and Apollo product lines. As VP Product Management, Moshe leads the strategic planning and development of new IP and optical products. Previously Moshe served as Vice President of Product Line Management and Marketing for Telco Systems (a BATM company), and served in product management positions at Nokia Siemens. Moshe has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, mainly in packet and switching technologies. Moshe holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, and an MBA degree from Haifa University, Israel.
